Five of Manchester City stars could end up somewhere else before the transfer window closes as Pep Guardiola attempts to get rid of at least top five former stars.
Joe Hart, Yaya Toure, Eliaquim Mangala, Samir Nasri and Wilfried Bony all leave the club before the deadline day. The arrival of six new players at the Etihad brings some old faces surplus to requirement as the former Barcelona and Bayern Munich manager wants to give new faces chances to flourish under him.
The most high-profile casualty is keeper Joe Hart who has been relegated to third choice keeper after the arrival of Claudio Bravo as the Club's No. 1 from Barcelona. The England goalkeeper is linked with numerous clubs including Sevilla, Everton and Sunderland, but it is unclear where he will end up.
Wilfried Bony is linked with a move away to West Ham on loan as he is not in the plans of the Spaniard and hasn't been able to play any single game under him. It is unlikely for him to go at West Ham though, after the arrival of Simone Zaza from Juventus.
Samir Nasri is also one of the stars who has been told to leave the club by Guardiola and it is likely that he will end up with Turkish champions Besiktas as they are keep to lure him away from Man City and very much interested for his services.
After the arrival of John Stones, center-back Eliaquim Mangala chances to play regularly for the club is very low and because of that he is searching for a new club. Napoli has been strongly linked with the center-back as well as Valencia likely to be his new destination after the likely departure of Shkodren mustafi to Arsenal.
Yaya Toure could also leave, although Guardiola hinted he could be willing to keep the Ivorian if he improved his work rate.
