Marseille winger
Georges-Kevin N’koudou is all set to arrive at London to complete a medical
ahead of his proposed move to Tottenham for £11m.
The 21-years old has made
38 appearances for Marseille last season following his £1m move from Nantes.
He only managed to score
five goals in all competitions for them but his array of skills, mixed with
pace made him one of the standout performer in the Ligue 1 and many clubs were
looking for his signatures including the Manchester Clubs and West Ham.
He will sign a five-year
contract at Spurs and will arrive on Monday to complete his medical.
The Ligue 1 side are
looking for a replacement for the departed Michy Batshuayi who left Marseille
for Chelsea, are eyeing an initial loan deal for the Spurs out of favour
forward Clinton N’jie with a view of a permanent deal.
N’jie made only seven
appearances for Tottenham but could not be able to score a single goal for
them.
N’koudou will be Mouricio
Pochettino’s third major signing of the summer after Wanyama and Vincent Janssen
already signed for the club.
