It is understood that Yaya
Toure will probably leave Manchester City this summer over axe from the first
two line-ups by Guardiola, as he is not part of the future plans of the new city manager.
It is
also reported that Yaya Toure will reject big money offer from Chinese club
Chinese Fortune to stay in the Premier League, which means he want to join some
other Premier League club and waiting for the right offer.
Now, the question is
who will sign him and where he can be best fit in the midfield role. As we all
know, the 33 years old Ivorian was one of the best midfielder since his arrival
at the Etihad stadium from Barcelona, but his last season was not even close by
his standards. His goals were dried out and it looks he is getting older not
only with his age but also with his game as well.
He was fantastic for City in
scoring goals over the past years, he creates chances and his presence in the
midfield was the reason City won two Premier League titles with him. He can be
devastating again no doubt about that, and he is still one of the best free-kick
takers in the Premier League.
As Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea and
Tottenham are not the clubs who wants any midfielder right now because they
already have depth in this department.
Liverpool is the club who can go for him and he can be best fit at
Liverpool as they want the holding midfielder who can create chances and also
help defenders in holding the ball. His experience is very valuable and
Liverpool can be benefited by that.
West Ham United can sign him but again they
can’t afford his huge wages tag of 250,000 per week.
