Arsenal will now finally get their much needed center-back and striker reinforcements after agreement for both Mustafi and Perez.
Arsenal have agreed deals to sign Deportivo striker Lucas Perez and Valencia defender Shkodran Mustafi and both players are expected to have medical on Friday.
Gunners officials have been working throughout the summer to fill the position of injury ravaged defense and limited forward line and it looks like after a series of disappointments and rejections, Arsene Wenger has finally captured two of the most highlighted players of La Liga last season.
Perez scored 17 goals in 27 league games for Deportivo last season and because of his performance, he was Arsenal's main target after rejection from Jamie Vardy, who signed a new contract with the foxes.
An offer of £17m was accepted by Deportivo for Perez, and Arsenal have beaten both Everton and
Valencia for the signature of the striker.
Mustafi's offer of £35m was accepted by Valencia and the German center-back will soon follow Perez to the North-London.
