Chelsea Outcast Forward Remy Gets Crystal Palace Escape Route

Crystal Palace have now a very formidable attacking front line in order to become a decent mid-table outfit having signed Chelsea striker Loic Remy on season-long loan. Eagles also captured Liverpool forward Christian Benteke on a record fee of around £27m earlier this month.

Loic Remy moved to Stamford Bridge in 2014 after impressing with Queens Park Rangers and Newcastle United, becoming the primary back-up behind star striker Diego Costa.

The France international make the most of his opportunities in his first season with Blues scoring seven Premier League goals with only six start to his name.

He was not in the plans of Antonio Conte as he was also not highly rated forward in the eyes of interim manager Guss Hiddick who prefers Loanee Alexandre Pato over him.

The Italian Conte brought in Michy Batshuayi, who has impressed early on in his Blues career and set to become a next Chelsea star.

Palace are winless after the first three Premier League matches and have scored only one goal so far. The addition of Remy and Benteke should help them in the scoring department.
