Valencia Hitman Signs for Barcelona But Les Cho Gets Barcelona Starlet Munir on Loan

Barcelona have made a big breakthrough as they snapped up Valencia striker Paco Alcacer on a five-year deal.

Catalans paying €30m and a potential €2m  in add-ons and the forward is having€100m release clause from now on.

Alcacer broke into the first team at the Mestalia Stadium in the 2013/14 season. The 23-year old established himself as an important member of the squad for Valencia, having scored 13 goals and 7 assists in the last La Liga season, despite Los Che enduring a disappointing campaign.

Alcacer has also netted six goals in 13 appearances for Spain, has excellent technical skills and also use the ball well and demonstrates clever movement as well.

Alcacer presence in the team has helped Enrique to rotate his front trio to rest and rotate them over the course of the season.

Valencia has brought in Barcelona young talent Munir El Haddadi on loan as part of the deal sending Paco Alcacer to the Camp Nou.

Valencia will have the option to make the deal permanent at the end of the loan deal for €12m, while the two clubs have also settled on an unspecified sell-on clause if Los Che move him on later in his career.

Munir made 26 appearances for Barcelona, most of which had came out from the bench. During that period, he netted eight goals and seven assists.

There is more chance that the striker will play more prominently for Valenia this season as he has been given Alcacer's No. 9 shirt and he will need to try and replace the striker's goal output.

He enjoyed an excellent pre-season with Barca and also scored against Sevilla in the Supercopa, so there is more chance for him to hit the ground running at the Mestalla Stadium.

Valencia had a very disappointed last season and this summer also hasn't been much better with Barcelona signs their two best players Alcacer and Andre Gomes, while Shkodran Mustafi is nearing a move to Arsenal.
